At Flo On The Go, we’re committed to delivering the best possible experience for our clients. To help our sessions run smoothly and honor everyone’s time, here’s a quick reminder of our booking, cancellation, and safety policies:
Bookings must be done at least 48 hours in advance with A 50% deposit required to confirm.
Same-day bookings may be accepted based on availability and urgency; full payment and a “rush” fee are required to confirm.
Please ensure there is a clean, quiet space available that can comfortably accommodate a 6-foot massage table.
Cancellation must be done 24 hours prior to the appointment for the deposit to be held
All situations are different and I understand things happen—I'm happy to work with you as long as you communicate.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling requests.
I treat clients ethically & fairly and establish an atmosphere of trust & respect during each session. I ask the same of my clients in return.
